Basically, Lawrence, KS is the birthplace of several of the finest poker players (cash & tournament) on the Internet. If Badbeatme's 4th place finish on Sunday wasn't enough, the results of The Winner's Choice on Full Tilt (215) speaks for itself. Meanwhile on Pokerstars, Gbecks was among the chipleaders with three tables remaining in The Nightly Hundred Grand. However, Gbecks fell short of the final table, finishing in 11th, after Villain caught an Ace on the river. In other tournament news, Badbeatme finished in the money in the 35K Guarantee on Full Tilt (153). As for myself, I finished out of the money in the 70K Guarantee on Bodog (55) & 30K on Full Tilt (109).

I am really excited about the recent accomplishments within the circle and have high expectations for the 2007 World Series of Poker. I have very little doubt; it will certainly be a summer to remember.
