I played my first live session last night; I happened to be drinking a little bit at the time as well. The game was struggling, but with the introduction of live straddling the game became quite good. The action was fast and furious, the line-up was diverse and the players were horrible. I allowed myself to get moved off a hand late in the night with top pair when my opponent lead the flop for $200 with a gutshot and ace-high. Even though I had the best hand, I did not think it was worth gambling for his remaining stack.
